Mendiz teams on the road 21-22
For this 2021-2022 season, at Bicicletas Mendiz we are proud to be able to count on and collaborate with two outstanding Spanish road teams: Eneicat-RBH Global and Bicicletas Rodríguez Extremadura.
ENEICAT RBH GLOBAL
Born practically from nothing, Eneicat is a women's team that competes in the UCI Women's Team category, so they perform in the highest category of women's world road cycling, riding with our Mendiz F12.
This team is made up of 16 women runners of different nationalities, so it is an international team.
Eneicat has been able to stay for much of the 2021 season among the 20 best teams in the UCI world ranking, so they have a great projection for the future.
The girls face a calendar for this 2022 season full of challenges, both nationally and internationally. Regarding the meetings in Spain, we can highlight several belonging to the UCI World Tour, such as the Vuelta a Burgos, the Women Itzulia and the Clásica de San Sebastián or the return to Spain for girls in September.
In the international arena, we can highlight the participations that Eneicat will carry out, such as the Occitania Route, the Giro della Toscana in Arezzo and the Perigord and Pictocharente races.
There is no doubt that they will give everything to show who they are and make their mark on women's road cycling.
BICICLETAS RODRÍGUEZ EXTREMADURA
Based in the Extremadura municipality of Zafra, Badajoz, Bicicletas Rodríguez Extremadura is a road cycling team that owes its name to the bicycle shop that provides them with sports sponsorship: Bicicletas Rodríguez.
This sports sponsorship has been in force for more than 20 years and currently operates with the elite team and under 23. The team is made up of a total of 16 running men, of which 14 are of Spanish origin and 2 born in Portugal.
In this season 22, the team from Extremadura has its objectives in various races and competitions, among them the Spanish Cup, such as the 56 Guadiana Circuit race that it already played last February, the postponed Ridley-Memorial Pascual Momparler and the Clásica de Pascua Ruta Jacobean of Vigo.
For this month of April, the team takes part from the 7th to the 10th in the 29th Volta a Portugal do Futuro, an international under 23 meeting that brings together professional teams from Portugal, club teams, UCI professionals and national teams. The boys in green and white can't wait to take part in all the races this season and show themselves and the rest of road cycling that they are a competitive team with highly talented riders, wearing our Mendiz F8 SL bike as kit.
